| Because all products from ThistleGirl Designs are available via internet download, there are no shipping charges required on any products. Upon payment, your account screen will enable you to view all orders you have placed and complete any downloads necessary to fill your orders. Please note that all downloads expire after seven days, and that you are only allowed five downloads of any one item. If you need additional time or additional downloads, you must contact me for approval.Memberships must be processed individually, and may take up to 24 hours for completion. Your account screen will show the status of your order in this case. If the order shows as pending, I am still working on it!Because of the immediate nature of downloadable products, I do not offer refunds for purchased collections, templates, etc. In the case of memberships, once I have sent your confirmation email, no refunds are available. |
